On the Road
- A $50 Travel Fee will apply if event is 50 miles or more from New York City.
- No travel fee will be added for events under 49 miles from our New York City office.
- Travel and hotel accommodation expenses will be client's responsibility for events over 100 miles.
- 2 nights of hotel stay may be required depending on time of event to allow for any unforeseen mishaps.
- Flying out the day before the event is recommended.
